3- and 5-year parts-and-labor coverage that picks up where the factory warranty ends. No deductible.

Most of our inventory still carries the balance of the manufacturer warranty. A Riverbend Protection Plan extends that to a full 3 or 5 years of parts and labor, with no deductible on covered repairs and no cap on the number of claims. Plans are transferable if you sell the appliance, and can be added at checkout or any time within 30 days of delivery.

Common questions

What is not covered?

Cosmetic damage that happened after delivery, misuse, power surges, pest damage, improper installation by someone else, and consumables like filters and bulbs.

Can I add a plan to a Grade C unit?

Yes. The grade describes cosmetics, not mechanics, and coverage is the same on every grade.
