Not in Northern California? We crate open-box units on a pallet and ship them freight anywhere in the lower 48. You get a tracking number when it leaves the warehouse and a call from the carrier to schedule a curbside appointment. Freight is curbside only — the driver will not bring the appliance inside — so plan for two people or a local installer on the receiving end.

Common questions

What do I do if the crate arrives damaged?

Note it on the delivery receipt before you sign, photograph the crate and the unit, and call us the same day. Damage noted at delivery is covered; damage discovered after a clean signature is much harder to claim.

How much does freight cost?

It depends on the unit and your ZIP — usually $199–$399 for a single major appliance. Add the item to your cart and we will quote the exact freight before you pay.
