A luxury look without the luxury price
Almost everything on our floor was bought new, then came back before it was ever installed — a refused delivery, a cancelled remodel, a returned online order, a showroom display. The manufacturer will not sell it as new again. We buy the truckload.
So the appliance you take home is the same machine that was on a big-box floor at full retail last month, minus a scuff on a side panel nobody sees once it is between your cabinets.

The questions everyone asks
Is an open-box appliance risky?
Cosmetically it is exactly what the listing says — we photograph the real blemish on the real unit. Mechanically it is a new appliance: most of our inventory was never installed, and every unit is powered on and run before it is listed.
Does it still have a warranty?
Most units carry the balance of the full manufacturer warranty because they were never installed and never registered. Anything that does not is clearly marked, and those carry our own 90-day outlet guarantee instead.
How does delivery work?
Local Sacramento-area delivery is same-day or next-day with a two-hour window, and includes basic hookup on laundry and refrigeration. Outside our zones we crate and ship freight to the lower 48, typically 5–10 business days curbside.
Can I return it?
Non-working units can be returned within 48 hours of delivery — we repair, replace, or refund. Cosmetic condition is disclosed before purchase and is not a basis for return, which is why we photograph every blemish.
