What does "open-box" actually mean?

It is a working appliance that came back to a distributor — a refused delivery, a cancelled remodel, a returned online order, or a floor model. Every unit is tested and graded before it goes on the floor, and the listing tells you exactly what the cosmetic issue is.

Do you ship outside California?

Yes — we crate and ship to all 48 contiguous states through a freight partner, typically 5–10 business days curbside. Local delivery inside our Sacramento-area zones is same-day or next-day.

Can I see the unit before I buy?

Please do. Every listing is one specific serial number sitting in our West Sacramento warehouse. Call ahead and we will pull it to the front and plug it in for you.
